Winking is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful platform for photographers and community members worldwide.

This Content Removal Policy explains how individuals, organizations, and rights holders may request the review or removal of content available on Winking.

1. Eligible Removal Requests

You may submit a removal request if content on Winking:

  • Violates your privacy rights.
  • Violates applicable law.
  • Contains personal information published without authorization.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Contains harassment or abuse.
  • Includes defamatory content.
  • Violates the Community Guidelines.
  • Depicts you in circumstances where publication violates applicable law.

2. Information Required

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your full name.
  • Contact email address.
  • The URL(s) of the content in question.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Any supporting evidence or documentation.
  • A statement confirming the accuracy of your request.

Anonymous or incomplete requests may not be processed.

3. Review Process

After receiving a request, Winking may:

  • Review the reported content.
  • Request additional information.
  • Contact affected users.
  • Temporarily restrict access to content.
  • Remove content if appropriate.
  • Decline requests that do not meet legal or policy requirements.

Each request is evaluated individually.

4. Privacy Requests

If content contains personal information about you, we may consider:

  • Whether publication serves a legitimate public interest.
