Prohibited Behavior

Users may not:

Harass or threaten others
Use hate speech
Promote violence
Engage in bullying
Impersonate other people
Spread misinformation

Manipulate ratings
Create fake accounts

Photography Content

You may only upload content that:

You own, or
You have permission to publish

You may not upload:

Copyright-infringing material
Illegal content
Explicit pornography
Content promoting violence or terrorism
Material violating privacy rights
Malware or harmful content

Ratings and Rankings

Ratings should reflect your genuine opinion.

Users may not:

Exchange votes for ratings
Use bots
Create multiple accounts
Artificially manipulate rankings

Violations may result in ranking removal or account suspension.

Comments and Feedback

Critique photographs, not photographers.

Acceptable feedback:

Technical suggestions
Creative observations
Constructive criticism

Unacceptable feedback:

Personal attacks
Insults
Harassment
Discrimination

Reporting Violations

Users may report content or behavior that violates these Guidelines.

Winking may investigate reports and take appropriate action.

Enforcement

Warnings

Account suspension
